It started with a deli and a dream.

In 1988 Noam Sokolow, a young entrepreneur with a gleam in his eye and a dab of mustard on his tie opened Noah's Ark, a classic deli that made Teaneck, NJ's collective mouth water.

Today, the Noah's Ark family includes Noah's Ark Deli/Restaurant, Shelly's Vegetarian Café, a mail order business that ships gourmet frozen kosher food cross-country - even stunning, sky's-the-limit catering that has won accolades from heads of state (and you know how picky they can be).
