The Restaurants and Catering are under the orthodox supervision of The Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC). The Vaad is made up of ALL the orthodox rabbis in Bergen County, including Rabbi Goldin, Rabbi Pruzansky, Rabbi Genack, Rabbi Yudin, Rabbi Winkler, and many more. The Kashruth Administrator is Rabbi Binyamin Taub.
In addition all our kitchens and all food prepared for shipping is under the Star-K Kosher Supervision as well.
Noah's Ark is Glatt Kosher, Shelly's is Cholev Yisrael, and we are closed on the Sabbath as well as all Jewish Holidays.
At Noah's Ark all the fresh meats are Chasidishe Shechita, at both stores vegetables are checked daily by the Mashgiach and fresh breads are Pas Yisrael. |
