When we process your order, and the food package leaves our facility, our liability is limited to FedEx terms and conditions. Federal Express covers costs of damaged, delayed, or lost goods up to $100.00 at no additional charge, assuming it is not a delay beyond their control. Orders that are over $100.00 are charged $2.50 which will cover up to $500.00. In any event, FedEx DOES NOT guarantee delivery of shipments in circumstances out of their control, including storms. |
