1. When you place an order for travel meals, is the meal sent to the guest at the hotel, or to the hotel kitchen/management?
2. Does it arrive before the guest even gets there?
3. Are heating instructions included for the hotel staff?
4. Is it the responsibility of the guest to call the hotel before ordering to make sure arrangements can be made for heating the food in the hotel's oven without breaking the seal?
Thanks |

1. We always suggest sending the meals to the attention of the Chef or Food and Beverage Manager
2. Meals are scheduled to arrive on whatever date the customer requests. We always suggest that they are sent prior to arrival.
3. Heating instructions are printed on each and every label
4. Yes. As mentioned above, it is best to speak with a Chef or Manager, to assure that the meals are kept under refrigeration or frozen. Each meal is also labeled that it should only be opened by the consumer. |
