We often buy your vacuum packed deli to take on vacation and then freeze it before the trip.Is that overkill? Under what situations should we freeze vs just keep on ice? Should it depend on the amount of time the meats are not in a regular refirgerator or freezer? |

Vacuum Pack deli, extends the refrigerated shelf life of a product by up to 6 weeks. There is no need to freeze. Meats should always be kept under refrigeration. |
